Everything we raise is chemical-free, with no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, antibiotics, or added hormones. Through regenerative practices like rotational grazing, our cattle and chickens are moved daily to fresh pasture. That healthy soil grows more nutrient-dense forage, and that forage grows healthier animals. The result is beef and chicken that’s higher in good fats like Omega-3s and CLA, rich in vitamins, and free of things you don’t want on your family’s plate.
Exceptional Flavor. You can taste the difference pasture makes. When an animal gets to live how it was designed to live- cattle grazing diverse native grasses in the sunshine of Oklahoma. Chickens scratching, foraging for bugs and seeds- the flavor is just exceptional. Our animals are not rushed, not confined in feedlots, and not stressed. That low-stress life and natural, varied diet is what creates that clean, rich, beefy flavor and that real chicken flavor most people haven’t had since their grandparents’ farm.
Raised Ethically. To us, being a good farmer means being a good steward. Regenerative farming is about leaving the land better than we found it. Our cattle naturally fertilize and aerate the soil, by adding manure behind. No chemicals needed. We give our animals fresh air, fresh grass, space to roam, and a respectful life from start to finish. We care for them every day because it’s the right thing to do.
