If you have the room to store it, a QUARTER COW is a GREAT way to buy beef. Our quarters are MIXED. Meaning they are half a side, so you have all the cuts of the front quarter and all the cuts of the hind!
We estimate a QUARTER will last a family of four 3-4 months. It is approx 100lbs of TAKE HOME YEILD and because we process monthly you can have a fresh quarter every quarter!
